Virtual Training Program
Each individual or group training program provided by Running Arizona comes complete with a written training schedule noting the amount of running you should be doing each day of the week as you train to reach your goal of completing an upcoming race. Running Arizona has provided training advice and experitse to nearly 1,000 runners for more than a dozen years; from runners with no experience to those hoping to achieve a personal best race time; from runners in college to runners well past retirement. Wherever you find yourself in your life's running journey we can help you reach your goals.
INDIVIDUAL VIRTUAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Train on your own for ANY event of your choosing with a written training schedule covering FIVE months of training leading up to race day. Regardless of where you live, or what race you would like to run, we can create a written training schedule just for you as you prepare for your next big race. Name your race and goal, and we will help you achieve it. Running Arizona will create a 5-month written training schedule, with what you should be doing (running, resting, etc.) each day of the week for ANY running event you choose. Training advice and answers to training-related questions are also available via email and this web site.
The fee for ALL Individual Virtual Training Programs is $39.30. Alumni of Running Arizona pay only $26.20. ($13.10 will be refunded.)
GROUP VIRTUAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Training for a race is a lot easier when you are part of a group of people training for the same race. With our Group Virtual Training Program, you and your friends, co-workers, family members or any other people you can convince to join you will have all the benefits of the Individual Virtual Training Program at a reduced rate if you have at least FOUR people in your group.
The fee for ALL Group Virtual Training Programs is $20.00 PER PERSON. A minimum of FOUR (4) people must sign up to create a group.
