track day & time
Every Wednesday at 7:11 pm.
The workout will last about one hour.

Track takes place at various locations throughout the Valley. Please contact

for the current week's location.
what to bring to track
You should bring a water bottle and your running shoes. There is no need
to wear spikes or track shoes for this workout.
what to expect at track
Your coach will provide a different workout for each track session, but
you may expect the following at each workout:
1) an easy one mile warm-up jog around the track
2) light stretching while track workout is explained
3) strides, aka sprints - a few short intense runs on the track straight-away
4) track workout (e.g., a few sets of 400 meter runs with rest periods
between each rep)
5) an easy one mile cool down jog around the track
PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT need to be a member of Running Arizona to join us for a workout.
You can even bring a friend or two and check us out before signing up if
you want. |
