Boot Camp Monday Night
Each Boot Camp session will last about 45 to 50 minutes and include workouts to boost your cardio, tone and strengthen muscles,
and work up a good sweat. The exercises will involve some calisthenics,
schoolyard-type games, and running/jogging. The best part is that the cost
of the program is about the cost of purchasing a fancy cup of coffee for
each session.
Perhaps even better than the price, you need not wear boots. Running shoes
will be just fine. A water bottle would also be good to have handy.
