If you live outside the Valley of the Sun or your schedule just does not
allow you to join us for a workout, then perhaps Virtual Coaching will
work for you. You don't even need to live in Arizona to take advantage
of this training option - and no long distance or roaming charges apply.
As a member of Running Arizona's Virtual Coaching program you will receive virtually (Sorry about that - it won't happen again.) the same benefits as someone who regularly attends a group workout in
the Phoenix area. These benefits are outlined in detail on the about running arizona page and in brief below.
